ABOUT SIMPLE VALVES

Sanitary butterfly valves (SV-1 series) are widely used in process piping systems for isolation and control. Butterfly valves operate either manually or automatically.

Sanitary ball valves (SV-2 series) feature a full-bore design that gives full fluid flow with minimal pressure drop, making them ideal for dealing with viscous liquids or liquids containing particles in the food, beverage, chemical and pharmaceutical industries. The ball valve body can be 2-way or 3-way (T port/L port), with various flow plan options.

Sanitary check valve (SV-3 series), also known as “non-return valve”, is designed for use in process piping installations to prevent reverse flow. SIMPLE SV-3 series sanitary check valves are all of 304/316L stainless steel check valve with a standard Ra 32 or better finish for use in sanitary systems.

Sanitary diaphragm valves (SV-4 series) are made from 316L stainless steel (forged or investment cast), in 2-way, 3-way and multiport body designs for the high- and ultrahigh-purity biopharmaceutical industries.

Sanitary angle seat valves (SV-5AS series) are widely used as a switch in the automatic control system for printing, dyeing, bleaching, food-processing, washing, chemical, water treatment, pharmaceutical industries, etc.

Sanitary globe valves (SV-6 series) are linear motion valves with rounded bodies. They are widely used to regulate fluid flow in both on/off and throttling service.

Sanitary sampling valves (SV-7 series) are mainly applied to extract a sample from tank or pipeline. They can also be assembled at the bottom of the tank or piping to drain away the remains.

Sanitary constant pressure valves (SV-8 series) can ensure stable pressure at both outlet and inlet ports. It is widely used in separators, heat-exchangers, tank systems and other equipment. It can also be with Supercharger for max. 174psi (12bar) rating.

Sanitary pressure relief valves (SV-9 series) are used to protect pipelines, pumps from overpressured, it prevents operation danger and equipment breakdown. With stainless steel design, the valve is the best choice for protecting equipment in dairy, food, beverage, pharmaceutical and fine chemical industries.

Sanitary tank bottom valves (SV-10 series) are are assembled at the bottom of a tank, and are widely used in the diary, food-processing, beverage, pharmaceutical and fine chemical industries.
