APPLICATION
SV-2MEBC-4W series is a manual type sanitary 4-way ball valve with tri-clamp / tri-clamp ends and Encapsulated PTFE seat, which is extensively used in food & beverage processing, brewing, oil refinery, cosmetic, pharmaceutical, and chemical industries to control medium flow. The Encapsulated PTFE seat design with no residue makes it an optimum choice for sanitary needs, SV-2MEBC-4W ball valve operates manually.

DESIGN FEATURES
Design Features
● Fully encapsulated ball core by Teflon (PTFE).
● No stranded residue, high clean, meet the requirement of CIP
and SIP for sterilization/cleaning.
● The highest pressure can reach 435psi (30 bar), heat resistance
of 356°F (180°C).
● Precision stainless steel balls reduce torque and friction losses
while extending seat life.
● Available with variety of operations, such as lockable manual
handle, pneumatic actuators in horizontal or vertical type, electric
actuators. Intelligent control units like positioner, C-TOP, position
sensors can be assembled for automatic control system.
