Actuator air pressure: 72-102psi (5-7bar)
Proximity Switches: With (1) or (2) sensors to sense open or/and close positions. PNP or NPN, detect the presence of objects without physical contact.
Surface treatment: Ra 16-32µin (0.4-0.8µm), Ra 32µin (0.8µm) as default.
APPLICATION
SV-1PC-PS series is a pneumatic type sanitary clamp butterfly valve with Proximity Switches (Sensors), it can be with (1) or (2) proximity switches to sense valve open or/and close positions.
Proximity sensors detect the presence of objects without physical contact, typical applications include the detection, position, inspection and counting on automated machines and manufacturing systems. They are also used in the following machinery: packaging, production, printing, plastic molding, metal working, food processing, etc.
